Aside from being a Developer and Engineer I love learning about new technologies and ways to improve myself as a person. My greatest joys in life come from doing what others say I can't
Whether that's working on myself physically or mentally, I enjoy long runs and long conversations with coffee.
Though mostly, I am all business. I spent the entirety of my free time trying to create and build the next big thing. My biggest aspiration in life is to be remembered for my own application/technology.
During the 2013 -2017 season I was co-captain of Team RCC and Team CSUSB. I helped lead a cyber defense team to the western regional championships. Both Team CSUSB and Team RCC competed against top ranked universities. After graduating from CSUSB, I was promoted to Assistant Coach and was put in charge of developing the Linux team. I held weekly meetings and created practice material for the students to develop their skills. The task of the competition is to defend a virtual e-commerce business from professional hackers.
I competed with other students around the country in an individually based cyber security competition. My skills competed on a national level and I earned the acknowledgment of my colleagues
As of Spring 2020, I placed on the 86th percentile nationwide and the top 98th percentile in the bronze bracket.
